Creating a Collaborative Platform for Social Transformation

Introduction to the Project

The project ‘Sentimientos de la Nación’ aims to establish a website that facilitates communication and collaboration among community radios, social movements, and independent media in Mexico and Latin America. This platform is designed to reinforce the voices of those who are often marginalized, allowing them to share their insights and ideas effectively.

Sections of the Website

The website will feature several key sections, including a network of allies, a blog dedicated to critical content produced by the community, and technical and legal training resources. By providing these essential tools, we hope to empower community activists and organizations to navigate the media landscape more effectively.

Visions for Cooperative Action

At the heart of our initiative is the vision of critical cooperation, promoting an international partnership devoid of colonialism. This means that agendas, resources, and priorities will be defined collaboratively with social movements and communities. We believe that their indigenous knowledge and perspectives are vital in shaping solutions to the pressing issues faced today.

Our goal is to produce and disseminate critical content such as written reports, podcasts, animations, and videos that analyze national problems and propose concrete solutions. By connecting the strength of social movements with the reach of community media, we aim to foster a framework of ethical and horizontal international cooperation.
